Techno Vision Industries manufactures heavy-duty welded steel pallets for high-load industrial storage and heavy transport. Steel pallets replace damaged wooden pallets in closed-loop logistics.
Structural & Deck Features
- ▪ Welded steel tube frame with reinforced perimeter runners.
- ▪ Choice of solid sheet steel, perforated sheet, or welded wire mesh decking.
- ▪ Four-way entry pockets for standard forklifts and pallet jacks.
- ▪ Integrated corner cups allow stable empty stacking up to 20 units high.
Durability & Load Performance
- ▪ Dynamic load capacity: 1,000 kg to 3,000 kg during active forklift handling.
- ▪ Static load capacity: 3,000 kg to 6,000 kg when stored on flat warehouse floors.
- ▪ Fire-resistant and moisture-impermeable design suitable for automotive stamping and foundry parts.
- ▪ Finish: Hot-dip galvanized or high-adhesion electrostatic powder coating.
